1. We will book the Train on your behalf.

2. for online credit card payments We require Full names as they appear in the passport,2 sides of the card and passport copy

3.Booking in advance from 4 months to 5 days prior to travel dates

5.If in Nairobi hotel/Apartment/Guest House - Just call we deliver the tickets and you pay cash or We collect the cash and buy and deliver the tickets.-A Receipt will be offered either way.

6.If Arriving at Airport with out a Ticket or having a Booking we will offer you an airport transfer and pay cash for tickets and collect tickets at Train station -Our airport driver will assist you.

7.All bookings have a reference number which you will be given

8.Advise delivery or pick up points of tickets.Tickets are delivered at your hotel,airport or train station (No extra cost).Tickets are not Posted outside the country

9.Kenya Railways / Rift Valley train for has no guarantee for non paid seats .

10.Sharing Cabins: If travelling alone unless you pay whole cabin you will be joined by extra person of same sex

11.Tickets are not transferable and alteration of travel dates there is a charge.
